Returns/Exchanges: Faulty wines may be returned for a refund or exchange only if the defective wine accompanies the request (no empty bottles please!). Receipt is required unless you are registered in our system and we can access your purchase history.
We do everything in our power to ensure our wines are of the finest quality available, but we cannot in any way guarantee wine older than 10 years of age. Therefore, wines 10 years old and older are at the buyer’s risk and not returnable.
Merchandise must be accompanied by a receipt and be returned within 30 days of purchase. All book sales are final.
Age: You must be 21 years or older to purchase or receive wine orders.
Shipping Weather: We monitor weather in transit closely. We will ship to most of the US October to December, depending on weather. We always attempt to notify you prior to shipping and contact you via email with your tracking number. Please let us know if you anticipate not being able to receive your order during these times.
State Restrictions: Many states restrict the shipment of wine. We comply with all state laws: minors are forbidden to receive or ship wine, please check with us to see if we currently ship to your location.
Adult Signature is Required: All wine deliveries require an adult signature; consider having your order shipped to a daytime business address.
Accuracy: Please make sure your address, telephone number and zip code are perfectly accurate and that you have correctly marked if it is a residential or commercial delivery. We cannot be responsible for inaccurate shipping details.
Shipping Minimum Order: Due to increased costs of bonding, licensing, tax registration and reporting, we require a minimum order of 3 bottles for all shipped orders.
